What do diabetes during pregnancy, the lack of sleep, an environment that promotes sedentary activities and large amount of food intake have in common? They can all contribute to childhood obesity. What can help? Among other things, a healthy diet for pregnant mother, and later for her young child, breastfeeding, physical activity and good sleep.
