UPDATED information sheet on
SLEEPING BEHAVIOUR

Does your child wake up at night? Is it normal? Sleep problems are very common in early childhood. Many children are considered poor sleepers, which means they wake up often, cry or have trouble getting back to sleep. Fortunately, some of these behaviours are temporary and should resolve with time and good sleeping habits.
